Wool for knitting/crochet (Kingswood Common HR5)

I've just taken up knitting again and learnt to crochet over Christmas! I've been a bit ill so been doing some as a light activity at home. I wondered if anybody had any wool lying around or not needed. Any colours/thickness. It would be most appreciated, I would like to donate some woolly items for local causes.
