You buy self-adhesive clear pockets, insert a page in and run it through this device, clamping the page inside the laminate sheets.
I just got it out of storage and the handle won't turn, so I guess somethings fallen inside the mechanism, so you'll need to clear whatever it is.
The end plate has screws, so it should be easy to open up.
It's not jammed up, as the handle will turn a little.
The first pic shows a cup to roughly show the size.
The platens you can see in the 1st pic fold up vertically for storage (see pic 2).
The screws on the top at both ends are to adjust the pressure on the rubber rollers.
To operate it, you turn the handle on the one end (pic 3) and the rollers turn and feed the sheet through.
You're welcome to take a look and decide if you want it, no obligation.
It's quite heavy, but I can help load if needed.
