Cat Tree/Hotel (Vacaville)

Not too gross. I only want it for outside. My neighbor got a cat, and it spends more time in my yard sleeping on my patio furniture at night and drinking out of my watering cans, so I thought I would give it a better place to sleep (and its own water dish).
