PVC pipe or copper pipe (Brentwood)

Hi there I was bought a flat surface cleaner for a pressure washer and would like to build a handlebar to use it and wondered if any one have any PVC/Copper pipe spare or unused or even used about 1-1.5m lengths c2

I appreciate any help or advice to help me with this build.
