High Resolution Technologies Music Streamer 2. It's a digital to audio converter (aka a DAC)) specifically for streaming PC/Laptop audio from USB to stereo (phono) cables, and into a stereo/hifi amp. It's about 12 years old, weighs a few ounces, and is 5"L x 4"W x 2.25"H. I used to have a good Hifi but then I went deaf in one ear so it was rather wasted on me!
