Amateur Radio and electronics stuff (Congleton, CW12)

Looking for any ham radio and electrical test equipment. Anything to help set up a radio shack and electronics lab for disabled Congleton chap with only benefit income. Anyone got an old variac or isolating 1 to1 transformer or tools etc. I have passed the RSGB /Ofcom Radio Amateur foundation and intermediate exams but don't have a radio!
