Cream venetian blind (CT5)

Cream venetian blind from Blinds to go. It is waterproof with wood grain effect. 115cm wide x approx 110cm long.
It was in our bathroom where bath runs alongside window hence got very wet and now discoloured at bottom threads.
Slats not discoloured but do need a bit of a clean.
Pelmet to go accross top but missing a couple of the plastic clips.
Any good to anyone?
