Ladies bike (Bridlewood)

Looking for a ladies bike for my mother, who is 74. It would need to be the style with the lower bar, (I don't know what it is called) so she could get her leg over. If someone has one they no longer need, it would be greatly appreciated. Can pick up Kemptville/Kanata/Stittsville area. Thank you in advance!
