Samsung phone (Commercial & Federal)

Have a samsung 21 5g , but screen is busted up and cannot read anything, answer calls , or use for its purpose. Do not have insurance and my service is paid for by my son who is active duty military. It is an agreement of loan repayment. But I'm in financial distress and desperately seeking a phone I'm familiar with. I have various accounts I cannot access without codes sent to the number. Currently in hospital at Holy Cross. Using a cell that serial number is unable to get connected due to friend failing to fulfill contract. But can use on wifi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
