We have a used Samsonite carry-on spinner suitcase (23.5"x16"x10.5") - see attached pictures. The only thing wrong with it is that the telescoping handle has problems going down. It can be recessed if you go into the suitcase (under the lining) and depress the pegs on the handle shaft. We believe this is a replaceable part, and could be fixed.
