Honestly not sure if these are vinyl or wood. Reasonably sturdy, not like the cheap plastic ones, but the blinds do flex a little.
2 pairs available and able to split if needed. Mounting hardware included.
Blinds are about 52.5 inches wide and not sure how long they extend - in photo they are covering a 2 ft height ranch style window and can obviously extend much past that.
