LARGE air conditioner like new (chinatown)

I have never used this AC I bought one that’s too big by mistake and it’ll be too annoying to install. I will give you all the installation materials and instructions that I received. Please note!!! You’ll have to take this down 3 flights of stairs and it is extremely heavy. I don’t have the box anymore either. I wouldn’t be able to life it myself but someone who’s stronger should be able to.
