Plastic packing tape dispensers (near Maryvale Park)

If you have a roll of packing tape that you're tired of arguing with because it didn't come with a dispenser, these are here for you. Alternately, if you have a craft/garage project where you can harvest parts of this to your liking, I think they could be of use.
