Need a boot for severe sprained ankle, pain radiating through calf & front near shin
Yesterday afternoon I cut through a grassy area; grass high because of rain & area was not flat, dip in ground. So I twisted my leg big time have sprained ankle but also pain all around calf. I'm a senior & this is same leg that had double meniscus surgery 6 years ago... oof.
I see my PCP Dr this week, to ask him to order xray, but meanwhile small black ankle brace I got from Walgreens is not doing the trick. I need a boot with support from ankle up for walking when I have to. If anyone has a boot that they aren't using
