Dog Seatbelt Tether (Small) (Abingdon)

As pictured. 16-inch size, for small dogs or puppies (website says up to 20lb). Leash Boss brand, one end is a locking carabiner that goes on the seat anchor (not seatbelt!) and the other to the dog's harness. Some chewing wear as shown (puppies gonna puppy!) but otherwise in decent condition, the inside is steel rope - very strong. Upgraded to a larger size when puppy upgraded her own size. From a nonsmoking, dog-friendly home. Easy front step pickup in Constant Friendship area right off 95 (Bel Air - Rt 24/924 exit). Must be picked up no later than Sat 10/24, moving out of state. Cannot deliver.
