- White and off white under-counter fridge. Fridge is reliable, in good, clean working order. Has 6 cooling settings, has a working internal light and all the seels remain undamaged. There is a crack on the top, plastic outer cover but this is not visible when fitted. Free to a good home. Must be collected and she is ready to go!

- Light grey faced. Were tops of benches so should be hardwearing. The edges started to absorb moisture and I no longer need them for the intended project. There is approx 60x130cm of good MDF in the middle, even if edges are cut off that have blown with the moisture from being outside. Overall size 153 x 75 cm There are 4, happy to split I will load into your car if you are worried about handling or weight. Or can drop of locally for a good cause

- Both sofas: 254 cm wide x 76 cm high x 95 cm deep. If that’s looking difficult, message me and I’ll check if the feet come off. Bought from Cooke’s in Sutton Coldfield 28 years ago and reupholstered around 10 years ago. I’ve no idea what the fire rating is. They are very solid and heavy. The back cushions are not original. Happy to answer any questions. They look glorious opposite each other or lined up next to each other at a right angle. Really comfy to sit on and certainly big enough to sleep on too. The cushion covers on the base are washable. Not sure about those on the backs.
