4-drawer chest of drawers in used but good condition. Approximate measurements: * Height: approx. 100 cm * Width: approx. 70 cm Item is located in an upstairs bedroom (one flight of stairs). There is a folded stair lift on the stairs, so access is slightly narrow. You will need to bring enough people to carry and move it as I cannot assist with lifting.

This chair has been well used and well loved for a long time. It had a little refurb as seen in the pictures, the arms were restained (leather) and a new cushion cover made. We had it in our son's nursery and was the perfect addition. Hopefully someone can use it as it no longer goes with the other furniture in our house.

Car/stairs vacuum 700Watt (needs repair) (Broadwater Farm N17)
This vacuum is pretty unique as its a powerful 700W handheld corded vacuum (unlike the weedy battery ones) with an incredibly long cable. However the hose has split so it either needs replacement or apply a good amount of duct tape. But with repair it will be back to being a brilliant vacuum (or blower, if you have a hose to connect to the other end) Getting rid of this as I use my Henry all the time now. Collect from N17.
