In good condition except the pads on the ends of the bars that protect the door frame have torn a little - you can rotate them so an untorn surface touches the door, or replace them. Pet friendly, smoke free home. Have had weihhted blankets on top of it and just ran my upholstery cleaner over it last week. Small imperfections on one part of the seat that was there when i got the couch from someone else but have always had a blanket or throw on it. Picture in comment.
