Six chairs, they could benefit from being reupholstered. I do not have the skills to do that. The frames and legs are still solid. All are in a similar condition. Collection only as a set. You will need a decent sized car or multiple trips if it is smaller, the legs do come off with an Alan key which may help with transport.

TP-Link AC750 (Archer D2) wi-fi modem-router, from about 11 years ago, in full working order. - two wi-fi bands: 5GHz and 2.4GHz - built-in ADSL modem (for connecting to analogue phone lines) - 4 ethernet sockets - wireless access can be limited to specific devices if wished - USB socket, allowing connection of a printer or shared disc to local network - adjust a wide range of internal settings via any web browser - user manual available in PDF form - included : mains adaptor, phone connecting cable, phone/broadband splitter ("microfilter"), ethernet cable, quick-start documentation, CD If you already have a router for your broadband, whether via a traditional phone line or a "full fibre" from a box on the wall, then you already have a working router. The router here can act as a possible replacement or spare for that existing router (for either of those forms of broadband). Alternatively, this router can be connected by cable to the existing router in order to provide an additional wi-fi outlet, as a way of extending the range of wi-fi within your home.

Full working order recliner chair and 3-seater sofa. They’re super comfy and only giving away cos they’re too big for my house and my son bought another so I need this gone asap…. The leather is worn on the tops of the cushions as seen in photos and one is a bit burst but this could be sewn back up. With a couple of blankets thrown over these would be ideal. I believe they’re only about 4-5 years old.
