Very nice and comfy 2 person sofa. Good condition but with just a bit of wear on arms (see photos). From a smoke and pet free home. Dimensions: 150cm wide 80cm high 91cm deep Collection only from the Meadows. It's in a 4th floor flat. I could help carry down the stairs.

In-drawer cutlery tray (Comiston EH10)
A moulded plastic tray with separate sections for holding cutlery (or tools, or any small objects). It is intended to fit into a drawer, typically in a kitchen. The outer dimensions are 516mm x 462mm, so it might suit a drawer about 500mm wide. The small plastic bits are separators which can be wedged across the recessed areas to subdivide these longer sections into shorter areas as required.

BT Duet basic receiver & rest for a traditional landline phone. It requires no mains electricity, simply plugging into the wall socket (as all phones used to do in the old days), so it's handy to have around in case of a power cut, in spite of its limited range of features. Connecting cable included. The rest can be wall-mounted (screws not included).

Solid wooden unit in good condition, ready to use as-is. Back panel is slightly loose but secure—can be easily reinforced with a couple of small nails. Comes fully assembled and sturdy (not designed to be dismantled).

13 cassettes - the first 3 books from the Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer: Artemis Fowl, Artemis Fowl and the Arctic Incident, Artemis Fowl and the Eternity Code. We recorded these from the CDs to listen to in the car on long journeys. Haven't played them for ages but they were fine the last time we listened to them.
