Bought a few years ago and not installed but now no longer legal for new domestic installations (now must be metal and fire proof) Un used, perfect condition but slight chip on top of case but this is over internal earth connections so should not be a problem. Complete with installation instructions and stickers for identification of circuit breakers

A single bed with a slightly smaller pull out bed. Can be use as a single bed with pull out stored underneath, or when pulled out kept alongside to make a kind of a double, or separately (different rooms). The top mattress is a couple of years old, has a water stain. The bottom mattress is original and old, has a tear on a corner. Headboard is pink, but DIY upholstered in grey fabric.
