Twin bed frame and mattress and matching trundle frame and mattress. Trundle has low wheels and thin mattress, rolls underneath the bed when not in use. Mattresses used recently by my kids, no bugs. Solid teak wood frames. First photo is head/foot board, second is mattresses and trundle drawer.
