Very comfortable cushions, textured fabric upholstery. Needs a good upholstery cleaner to bring sofa back to a fairly good condition. Base has a white board under seated cushions so the cushions do not sink, iv covered with throw. Two person pick up, vechile needed, to be removed down from 1st floor period terrece with narrow staircase.

Used very well in the last few years by my son but still strong and sturdy, there are scratches and dents around the desk. I would not give it away if it was not suitable for use. It would make a good upcycling project. The whole thing has been taken apart, dismantled, you will need to build it again. -Nail holes on 1 side -Single bed frame (no mattress). -Small cupboard with hanging space. -3 step ladder, the bottom is a little loose but can be fixed and the strip has come off the bottom step. -Desk, the paint has stripped away or rubbed off after much use (Computer and accessories not included). -1 small Draw -Plenty of storage space under the bed. - Measurements approximately - 96cm depth - 195cm length - 150cm Height If you have anymore questions please ask.
