Gym equipments (Kenley, Cr8 5nb)
I am looking for gym equipment to set up a small gym in my garden. This has become necessary following my doctor's advice to help manage my cholesterol and blood sugar levels by reducing my waistline and overall body weight. If anyone has any used gym equipment they no longer need, I would be very grateful. I am particularly looking for a weight bench, an exercise bike, and some free weights. Nearly new Hotpoint heat pump tumble dryer. Very economical, because heat pump dryers use lower temperatures, but I need it to be quicker, hence giving it away. It has been used it 4 times.
