This chair was given to me by my mother in law over 30 yrs ago and has been sitting in my attic ,doing nothing ,ever since . There are scratches on the wood and some dust (obviously ) which I will clean and tidy up if anyone is interested . It’s a sturdy chair other than that .

Sofa bed, by Laura Ashley. Sofa dimensions - 92 cm deep, 164 cm wide, 80 cm high (73 cm high with feet removed). Bed dimensions 198 cm long, by 138 cm wide (approx.), Bed includes spring mattress base, in very good condition. Only used on a few occasions. Mechanism in good working order. Complies with Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988. The sofa covers are faded and showing visible signs of wear. Ideally the covers would need replacing, or could be covered with throws, if used as a sofa. The sofa can be viewed, prior to making a decision.

Office Style Chair (Croham CR2)
Comfortable office style chair with back support. It still swivels and the arms lift up. However the base seems to have cracked so the middle has dropped slightly and no longer goes up or down. As the middle has dropped to the floor it no longer wheels properly if any weight is on the chair. Base can unscrew from the seat part if you wanted to replace the bottom half or for transportation.
