Cot bed (up to 5years) (Norton Hammer S8)
Used cot bed for up to 5 years old. Can be assembled as cot or bed and been used for many years, now dissassembled. Has 3 ends and sides for use as a cot. Also included will be a changing station that can sit on top of the cot. (Wooden shelf type) Bed has preloved stickers on and well loved by our little one. We got it second hand so has had at least two users. Paint worn and chipped. Should have all the parts. Note this is a large cot sized bed and not a full sized infant bed, hence suitable up to 5 years old. (We initially used a moses basket in the cot and then on a sheepskin to traditional covers. Then changed to the bed with pillow and duvet)

37" Toshiba TV (Banner Cross S11)
37" Toshiba TV - please note it is NOT a smart TV. It has a remote, but it's not the original, and sometimes it takes a few presses of the power button on the remote to turn on and off. Also sometimes there are some darkish spots in places visible, although I couldn’t spot these last time I turned it on, they are not usually noticable. Other than that, it works fine. Please note this TV is HEAVY, you may need help moving it. I can help at my end, of course.
