Here is our old two seater sofa. It's made from a polyester fabric. Looking a little weathered but still very comfortable. It has a 1988 fire regulations label (meaning it meets fire safety standards). Doesn't appear to have any noticeable marks or stains. From a smoke free and pet free home. Silent night miracoil king size mattress. 8-10 years old. An Emma comfort layer is included if you want it. I can't remember if that's meant to make a mattress softer or firmer. 2nd photo...It's just a layer of foam that goes ontop of a mattress under the mattress protector and sheets etc Only request this item if you have the means to transport it yourself. Alternatively if you are really in need I may deliver it to you if you don't live too far away. Let me know when you would like the mattress, probably best to wait til there is no snow.
