Electric Heater Instant Hot Water Faucet (Vale LA1)
Brand new, never used, still in box with manual. I intended to it use in my kitchen and bathroom to replace hot water from the boiler, but in our 1930's house the wiring circuits made that impossible. Hopefully someone else would be able to enjoy one or both with my blessings. I will delay making an offer to allow more people to see this offer and have a fair chance.

Grabrails, hand rails (Bowerham LA1)
White simple handrails which can be fixed in placed with suitable screws/fixings (not included). Short ones are about 350mm, middle sized about 500mm and longest one about 700mm (very rough measurements). The longer one is 'right angled' to be fuzed either side or a corner e.g. on a newel post or stair corner where steps turn.
