Sturdy, well built, pull out sofa bed. Bed and mattress in excellent condition, barely used. Sofa has a small paint mark hidden by back cushion and some cat scratches on back corner, both shown on photos. Needs 2 people minimum and a van to collect. Smoke free home. Collection only Haworth. We're replacing our bath with a walk in shower. It's wider than normal - 1700mm x 800mm (67" x 31.5"). In good condition but needs a good clean - the edges still have sealant on which can be cleaned off. Fittings are not supplied (mixer tap and waste). Delivery is not included.
