- pick up W8 Amcor portable air conditioner. Unit powers on, but does not include the exhaust hose, but a replacement can easily be found on Amazon. Some cosmetic wear (see photo), but otherwise in decent condition. Approx. 75 cm tall (about 2.5 ft). Pickup only—would love for it to go to someone who can make use of it! Message me if interested 🙂

8x6ft shed. You will need to dismantle and take away. There is direct access to the garden. Needs a little TLC but nothing a few nails and some paint cannot sort out. Floor is a little fragile by the door but otherwise all good.
