Faux pas leather, firm to sit or lie on and very comfortable, the springs on the frame are all in excellent condition. The upholstery can be removed from the frame for easy transportation. Perfect for your own use or if you want to provide it for your rental property. Many years of use still left in this one. Non smoking and no pets home. Overall size with the back and seats on: L = 77 inches W = 33 inches H = 41 inches Frame size without the back rest and seat (which all come out as one unit). L = 72 inches W = 29 inches H = 33 inches Preference will be given to anyone collecting quickly and reliably from North Harrow HA2. Please mention exact date and time when you can pick up.
