Large amount of genuine solid tropical hardwood five finger tiles or strips pre used and reclaimed. Unable to determine total amount but in several bags. A quick clean along each edge and you can have warm genuine tropical wood flooring for the price of sanding down and varnishing. Mostly teak which is unavailable any more. We have a window frame measuring 43" wide and 42" high that sits in a wall or wooden surround. There are 2 wooden framed double glazed windows to fit, along with a brass handle with lock. The whole thing came out of a wall. Hinges cut into outer frame already so no lining up. All that would be needed is a rub down and repaint. All glass units are intact with no fogging. It’s a just-ripped bag of ericaceous compost, probably 2 years old. I’ve just fixed it with gaffer tape to stop it escaping. And there is also an open 50ltr bag too, also ericaceous. I’m not growing anything ericaceous so I don’t need them. :)

It’s about 30 years old and I’ve just tested it and it still works. Comes with power cable and wooden poker. I’m sad to part with something so reliable but I have to admit that I don’t need or use it. It’s leftover from a house clearance. Can be collected any evening from 12th - 19th July inclusive or daytime Sunday 19th. Might need 2 people to lift it into the car though, as it’s awkward and heavy - maybe 35kg?
