Suitable age around 12-14 yo (please see all photos). I received this as an unwanted gift as I suggested it as a gift for someone else (I am 41 and the gifter thought to gift it to me as I loved it so much - I do but not for me) but some girl would absolutely love this. This is the signed and hand foiled version book so it’s very very special. I came across the author and her story and I wish I was a kid again so I could dive into reading the characters story.

G Plan 3 Seater High Back Beige Fabric Sofa, too good to skip. I bought this new about 5 years ago and it cost over £1,000. The dimensions are L-208cm, H -103cm, D -100cm. The back of the sofa requires cleaning albeit that it looks worse in the photo then looking at it. The Fabric itself is in excellent condition. Buyer to collect, it will take two people, I cannot lift it as I am 76 and cannot lift heavy items. Pick up from Great Ashby SG1 area. £0.
