Neck and shoulder massager unit, bought from Temu. Brand new, the box fell apart as soon as I opened it though. Chargeable via USB which is not included. This meant to massage in a circular motion, we didn't get on with it at all, found it more painful than helpful. Hopefully it will be useful for someone.
