This will be available for collection after 29th August. The cat/small dog flap is NOT included. A new infill panel will need to be installed by the new user. ++++ Please note: The uPVC frame is not offered as this might need cutting out and destroying to remove, but if this can be removed in one piece it will be included in this offer. ++++ Door was installed in 2012 and is now work weary and could do with new hinges*, but is intact (except for pet flap which will be removed) and fully serviceable. Offered to a good home with its three hinges* and multipoint locking parts, and stainless steel outer stay. (This offer does not include the cat/small dog flap, which will be reused on its replacement.)

I have a lot of items suitable for crafting / keeping the kids busy in the summer hols. There are lots of bits of pieces of pvc table covering, some clear with foil design, some silver and white, cardboard tubes, old fridge magnets (the magnets could be re-used), 12+ old CDs, other bits as shown, some could be used on an allotment to scare birds away, because they are shiny, cd's for example.
