Good condition. In storage in storage for ~15 years. Lightweight nylon tent with floor and fly/cover (fly is rolled up in picture). I set it up yesterday (see photos). No rips/tears, fiberglass poles are in good condition. Tent is self-standing as shown in pictures. Would need some tent stakes to anchor it to the ground. Bag photo is complete tent packed away.
