Simplex model 917 Access Ctrl Lock (T/Poughkeepsie Spackenkill)
This is a commercial-grade Simplex push button lock, originally purchased in 1992. New ones run about $200 plus. HOWEVER, we have lost track of the current combination, and there are websites that explain how to reset the combination when the current one is unknown (or you can consult a locksmith). All parts are included; this model has a spring latch that can lock automatically when the door is closed. It fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-1/2" thick, and has a brushed chrome finish.

Aero ExtraBed single/twin inflatable mattress. Works but has slow leak which can be patched if you have time to fix it. Comfy, much better than the floor or yoga mat.

Free white queen cb2 metal bedframe in good condition available for pickup. It’s disassembled as shown in the pictures. A few of the slats are breaking but are fine used at the foot of the bed.
