This is a waterproof, washable diaper bin liner, from our cloth diapering days. And we continued to use it for years for wet/messy laundy that we wanted to keep separate from the rest. You can just upend it straight into the washing machine and then throw it in as well. Inside is patterned with green and blur foxes.
