Not that easy to measure accurately) Good condition. Used only for one university term spent in Germany.

Searching for a small disused quarry, to develop into a nature reserve. No soil is ideal for tiny flowers, deep soil for shrubs, trees and birds and wet areas for frogs, toads and newts. Preferably west of Harrogate and not close to houses or roads.
