Rubber tree? If I stretched it out it would be about 10 foot tall. It’s grown too big for my house and wondered if somebody with high ceilings or a shop could use it. It’s a beautiful plant. It’s very healthy.

Two small belts:- 1 The shiny bronze coloured leather belt is 23.5 " to 28.5" with damage at the first notch, as shown and the colour is best represented in the first photo. 2. The thin one is leather but I can't tell whether it is black or very dark green. Smallest notch is at 26.5"

Bits of Felt. Looks like the beginning of a small project, but no one can remember starting it. The paper templates may or may not be something to do with it, but I suspect they aren't connected. Nothing is stitched or glued. I just laid the little disks out on top of the uncut pieces for the photo.

Vintage magnetic soap holder. Brand: ZACK Made in West Germany Could be used for a small bar of soap or even a shaving brush (according to the diagrams on the box) Bought for the family caravan when I was a child, but I don't think it was ever fitted and used. The glue and screws have disappeared from the box.

Ho, ho, ho!! 🎅🏻🎅🏻🎄🎄 Hello, I have some children’s Christmas items to gift. Each bag contains either new or excellent condition items (one or two books read once) but 95% of items are brand new. The items are in gift bags from Father Christmas 🎅🏻Each bag also has a small chocolate treat inside 😍. I will list each bag and a description. I’m hoping these can help someone out at Christmas, even if just a little. You can ask for more than one if you have more than 1 child, I don’t mind. However, I would prefer if you’ve already had help and gifts from the amazing schemes like Dunelm gifting, rainbow centre, Salvation Army etc that you leave these bags for someone that hasn’t had that opportunity for various reasons. Not because I’m mean 😆 but so that as many children as possible have gifts this Christmas. Please don’t take to sell or give as gifts to other people ….. genuine people that will give to their own children to make a real difference on Christmas Day only please. Please let me know which bag you would like.
