Cushion ripped by dog, but could be reupholstered. In grey cotton fabric. Was from Marks and spencers when bought. Wooden feet and casters. Very good quality item for someone to bring back to life! 76cm wide, back height 82cm, length 182cm approx. Heavy item will need two strong people to carry. Both these grey wool settees have been ripped in several places by the dog. Settee one has ripped back and one cushion ripped on the top, other cushion ripped bottom Settee two has one cushion ripped top, other cushion intact and sofa body is ripped on the front. Ideal reupholstery project. Very good quality material. Cushions are feathered filled and wooden legs. Heavy solid pieces of furniture. Each sofa measures 150cms wide, 110cms deep, and 80cms tall. You will need a van with big load space to travel these. Please get in touch with when you can collect this weekend

Kitchen Units (used) (Knaresborough HG5)
I am offering a 2010 (added to in 2017) Designer Kitchens of Bradford kitchen, which is looking for a new home. Please note, peripheral items seen in photos (e.g. food, books, glasses, kitchenware and freestanding appliances) are not included. Comprises (as seen) kitchen units and white granite (speckled grey) worktops (small solo kitchenette unit from 2017 has laminate worktop), 6 floor standing carcases and two wall units. Most carcases, drawers and doors are in very good condition with the exception of the under-sink carcase; it is water damaged (swollen floor and lower walls and is scrap - to be collected only if wanted with the rest). The kitchen is offered with all worktops, gas hob (glass), extractor and stainless steel sink and InsinkeratorTM waste disposal unit (needs servicing). All finished in woodgrain with one wall unit in vanilla. Large van required to collect from HG5.

Vintage wooden 16 inch block plane (Knaresborough HG5)
This is a 16inch vintage wooden block plane. It is stamped on one end with the marks of CT Skelton & Co Sheffield, and also stamped with G P Preston & Sons of Sheffield. Manufacturer and dealer respectively? - I'm not sure as it isn't my field. Blade is surface rusted and there are some paint marks and dings. These only fetch a few quid online as they are still quite common and tool collecting is a bit niche, so not worth me selling really. Located near LIDL in Knaresborough.

Acorn chair lifts (Fishergate YO10)
The chair lifts were installed in June 2025 to enable my wife to get upstairs. The lifts are sequential - one leads to the other. They worked extremely well. At the end of December my wife’s condition changed and she was unable to use the chair lifts. It has recently become clear that this change cannot be alleviated - so we no longer have a use for the chair lifts.
