This is a comfortable sofa bed but I have decided to put a double bed in its place. The covers are removeable and washable, and the mattress is clean - see the photos, I have removed the covers. It is on the 1st floor, you need to be able to take it downstairs. There are 4 cushions, 2 circular, 2 rectangular. Dimensions (according to Google!): When used as a sofa, it measures 78.75" W x 41" D x 35.8" H. When fully flattened into a bed, it measures 78.75" L x 55.1" W.
