Guinea pig or large rodent cage (Hanwood) I'm looking for a single level guinea pig cage, or suitable for large rodents. I have a couple of old girls (rats) that can't manage levels in their current cage. I would love something less stressful and more manageable for them if someone has one they don't need. TIA

Extendable Oak Dining Table (Bicton Heath SY3) H 73cm, W 97cm, L123cm. Measurements and picture include one extension in place. Two extra extensions of 28cm each. Table surface somewhat uneven, extension handle missing, legs a bit wambly - basically a project for someone who likes restoring furniture, or can think of a way to use some good pieces of oak...

Upright piano not tuned (Monkmoor SY2) This is a fab old piano, over 100 years old. It hasn’t been tuned and I’ve been advised it would need quite a bit doing to get it perfect. If anyone could use it they would need to arrange collection although I’m open to discussing sharing the cost of moving.
