Sofas are well loved. No tears, rips stains or holes but the leather will require some conditioning or leather polish. Cushions are removable and can be cleaned with ease. They have been in a home with cats. size: 3 seater - length 7ft 8 inches 2 seater - length 5ft 9 inches Depth- 3 ft 2.5 inches Height- 2 ft 7 inches They are on the 2nd floor and will require to strong individuals with moving experience to take down to the main floor and out of a townhouse They will require a moving vehicle.

There are also a couple of dark faux-wooden shoe racks. Garbage day is tonight - would be a shame if they ended up in landfill!
