Orthotics Ankle/Foot Support Mobility Walking Aids (Bryn WN4)
I have this pair of Orthotics Ankle/Foot supports Walking Aids for Mobility issues that fit inside shoes hardly used in very good condition on offer if anyone can use from these, they were made for me by the Orthotics unit at Walton Hospital as I have LGMD and suffer with drop foot but now had some more made slightly different, I'm a size 8 but they will fit from a size 7 - 9 shoe, the front part can be cut to size to fit inside. if anyone can use these please let me know asap as The hospital don't recycle them and too good to throw away.

I have this Pair of Adjustable Ankle/Calf Rehabilitation splints Mobility Aids on offer if anyone can use them in VGC, I had these made for me by the Hospital orthotics designed to pull my feet back to Stretch and take the tightness out of my calf muscles, these are NOT for walking in, only to be used sat down, I used them for about 30 mins a day, they are adjustable so you can tighten the tension more as you wish, 3 velcro fastening straps, please let me know asap if anyone is interested in these.

A nice clock, but recently it's sometimes stopped after a few days since winding and needs the pendulum started again. I'm told it needs the mechanism cleaning. 2 x cardboard boxes that have insulating sheets inside, plus ice packs. Ideal for keeping frozen food in the car when shopping, or when you are cleaning the fridge or freezer. Size 52cm long x 27cm deep x 21.5cm high They are the delivery boxes for pet food, but the food is in poly bags and then put in a big poly bag, so the insulating sheets are totally clean. I get them every month, so could save more if someone needs them.
