66fit BMI tape measure. In good used condition. The tape measure is in cm with colour coded zones for healthy and unhealthy waist measurements (one side for male, the other for female). It also has a quick BMI calculator on the outer casing. Rotate the inner dial (height measurement) and align your height measurement with your weight measurement as it appears on the outer scale. The dial in the viewing window will now display a BMI reading and show exactly where that reading falls within the range of underweight right through to very obese. 2 x cardboard boxes that have insulating sheets inside, plus ice packs. Ideal for keeping frozen food in the car when shopping, or when you are cleaning the fridge or freezer. Size 52cm long x 27cm deep x 21.5cm high They are the delivery boxes for pet food, but the food is in poly bags and then put in a big poly bag, so the insulating sheets are totally clean. I get them every month, so could save more if someone needs them.
