Epson WF3450 DTWF model C4B1A Double-sided printing, wifi, fax, two paper drawers. Reliable workhorse, currently not functioning. I don't have the time to set aside for the proper cleaning job, which requires some dismantling (I can give you URLs of the YouTube videos and online instructions), but I'd be happy for any dedicated tinkerer who does so. Alas I no longer have the original box, though I do have the manual.

Full size double bed, raised up to allow for another bed, desk or sofa etc. underneath Solid pine, good condition and very stable (especially if you screw one or two legs into a wall). Nice wide treads on the ladder which are kind to feet. Outermost dimensions of the frame (cm): 147wide (+56 for the ladder) 176high 197long Currently still assembled, but can be unscrewed in 20 minutes. I don’t have the instructions anymore, so disassemble during collection may give you confidence in how to rebuild. Once in pieces, it will fit in a large car. Mattress is hardly used (maybe 3 nights) and optionally included.

This is an ongoing request, does anyone have candles / candle wax please? Any sort, even the left overs when the wick has burnt out. Thank you. Even jars, as I recycle the jars and give them to local community craft groups. I'm collecting candle wax for Ukraine; their energy infrastructure is frequently attacked! They're suitable for removing home, keeping things tidy in your garage, or your allotment. I'll give it a couple of weeks then they'll be gone to the cardboard box dump in the sky 😔.
