Request:
decorative heron (Britannia)
This is a project I've been meaning to tackle all summer – which is now about to end. I scavenged the bird from a friend's garbage, and repainted it – now I need to add some legs. I have a couple of sections of thin pole (curtain rail) that might work ... but I can't cut them, and have no idea how to put them together. Can anybody with a) tools, and b) know-how, help me? Thanks, A.

small decorative box (Britannia)
This oval-shaped box, with lid, could perhaps be used to present a gift in? It's an attractive shade of pale orange ... in the photos it looks more pinkish-beige, but in the right light it's more like tangerine (the satin fabric changes with the angle). About 7" long (glasses for scale).

a few old DVDs (Britannia)
I thought I disposed of all my "hard copy" media long ago, but apparently these are still hanging around. Take some or all.

Free:
(unused) bulb syringe (Britannia)
Excavated from the back of a bathroom cupboard ... I have no idea why I even own this item. But I can promise you I've never used it for its intended purpose: flushing out various body cavities! I was going to just toss it in the thrift-store box, as being too embarrassing for TN – but let's give it a go.

decorative "stiletto" wine holder (Britannia)
A friend gave me this whimsical object, but it's too modern-looking to match my decor. Could be used for wine, or just for ornamental purposes. The "shoe" is about 8" high, holds a full-size bottle, and is totally not suitable for wearing ;-)

various ladies' clothes, size M-L (Britannia)
I'm having a seasonal-change "closet clearout," and these things are all looking for new homes. I'm listing them here in the hope of some takers, before donating them to a thrift shop or shelter. All these items haven't been worn in a long time, and all were well washed (of course) before being stored away. They're mostly size M-L ... sadly, I'm now more of an XXL! Pic 1: these used to be my running and gym things, before I got too fat (and my knees too arthritic). T-shirts, shorts, and leggings, all snug-fitting ... and all in boring colours. Pic 2 (the grey blob in the middle is to cover my reflection in the mirror), from left to right: several leggings, some short and some long; a tongueless-buckle belt (it's been a long time since I had a waist); several pairs of *unworn* black panties, high-cut; and a handful of scarves. Also a black tank top. Pic 3: closeup of the leggings etc. Pic 4: My old Spanx ... now ludicrously too small for me. At one point it had longer legs; but I cut them off to crotch height, because they kept rolling up my thighs. Relatively unworn – I only used it for special occasions, under a close-fitting dress. Hope these can go to new homes, where they'll be used and appreciated!
