Hardcover cookbook from 2002. It has only 16 color photos of the dishes so that I’m referencing this book much. However it is an excellent detailed cookbook from America test kitchen based on their cooks illustrated magazines. Easy pick up from a narrow winding roads behind the hills of C street & Woodland Ave, San Rafael.

It'd would only be useful for someone elderly or in rehab because the max resistance doesn't go hard enough. This is a known flaw with this model. I've already taken it apart and performed an adjustment to the resistance which made it a couple of notches harder but it really needs 2 or 3 more for regular use. Size: 50" tall 63" long and 23" wide.
