Large Blue Plastic Piping (PL4)
Need gone asap otherwise it will have to be taken to the rubbish tip. Large blue plastic piping. Due to how rigid it is it's not possible to measure its full length, as it is somewhat stuck in the shape as is shown in the photos. We originally got this to make an arch with, but never ended up using it. It's been stored outside for a couple years so it will likely need a clean. Collection from Freedom Fields Park, PL4 7QN, Plymouth. if you wish to view it before deciding if you want it this can be arranged but please no time wasters. Please make sure you can collect it before coming to collect it as we've already had someone come with a large van which ur wouldn't fit inside.

It’s a fold out on the floor type. Compact and comfortable. Foam mattress, no fire label, I probably cut that off years ago! Excellent for guests, lightweight (frame light metal (aluminium?) covered with cotton fabric).

Faux Leather Armchair (PL4)
Faux Leather Armchair (see description). - Need got asap. - I've got this chair which has a broken backrest however if you place the chair against a wall so that the backrest is supported then the chair is still perfectly usable and quite comfortable, seems a shame to just throw it away. It has a small rip in the right armrest and one on the side of the backrest (see photos). Dimensions: Height 85cm Sitting height 46cm Armrest width 67cm (at the widest point) Cushion 47cm x 44cm Collection only from PL4 Greenbank.

It has a sturdy wooden frame and leather covered cushions which have faded in parts. It might well benefit from re-webbing but is still useable as it is. Unable to deliver but could help to load.

Two Metal Bed Frame Bases. (PL4)
- Need gone asap. - I've got two metal bedframe bases the part where the slats and mattress would go on. I got them with the intention of using them for a structure I was helping to build but we ended up using pallets instead. They have been stored outside so they have some rust on them. I've numbered them 1, 2 on the photos so you'll know which information corresponds to which one. 1. This is the larger of the two frames this one can be dismantled. Dimensions: 198cm x 150cm / Corner to corner 236cm 2. This one is rigid so can't be dismantled feels sold and strong. Dimensions: 186cm x 121cm / Corner to corner 211cm If they can go together that would be great but they can go separately if need be. For collection due to there size you will need a vehicle with either a suitable sized boot or a roof rack. Collection only from PL4 Greenbank.

The leather is removed from a broken chair. The piece in the photograph is about 40 x 70 cm from behind the upright back of the chair. Other pieces which have been sat on or lent against are stretched in places but could also be suitable for craft projects.

Silentnight 'Miracoil' Mattress: top Condition - Superking . (Prince of Wales Steps TQ1)
Was in guest room now swapped for twin beds.- Very clean no marks - has fire label - and is a good make of mattress with memory foam topping and miracoil springs. Cool to lie on in summer and warm in winter. Super king size which is 6ft wide by 6.6" long. Plenty of room ! Great as a replacement if your current one is getting too lumpy! Collect please. May be willing to consider contributing to transportation costs.

Bath/Shower Screen (Saint Leonards Ward EX2)
Attractive and in good condition. Just needs a bit of cleaning. Hinges in both directions, as shown. Width 73 cm to the hinge, plus 3 cm for the fixing. Height 135 cm including a replaceable rubber seal (Currently in good condition). Included is a metal fixing plate which fixes the whole thing to the wall. All screws and fittings provided. Suitable wall-plugs and drilling will be required for fitting.

Sofa in three parts (Heavitree Ward EX2)
Fully fine (apart from one castor that is lacking a plastic top, I use a wadded up bit of cardboard to stop it cookie-cuttering into the carpet) third hand but still a good tidy sofa, L shaped when put together, one part is more of a Chaise Longue sort of thing (if standing behind the sofa, on its right), this may fit in a large car but can find itself rather huge. Dark brown with light brown/Orange thin stripes as its pattern, comes with cushions. Part of a suite but the seat has some significant dirt and grease built up on its arms where I use it.
