Ikea curtain tracks (Staple Hill BS16)
These are 2 brand new, still in their shrink wrap (save for 2 spots where being left in a slightly damp shed had had an unfortunate impact on the nice compostable packaging, so I've despatched those to the bin) IKEA Vidga curtain tracks with (to the best of my knowledge) all bits and pieces untouched. And one curtain track of a different kind (definitely Ikea, but the wrapping is gone so I don't know which specific product it is) with 9 curtain hooks.

Curtains (Wotton-u-Edge GL12)
A pair of fully lined curtains, with pencil pleats, fabric design and colour as shown in the pictures. Originally made to measure for a patio door, but subsequently cut down to fit a window in our new home. Will fit a track width up to 90" (228cm) and the drop is 53" (135cm). No longer needed as the room has been decorated and they don't go with the new decor. Lovely quality material.

Black faux leather sofa bed. Really comfy for one person, can fit two if needed. Doesn't take up much space. Dimensions as a sofa: 77cm high, 88cm deep and 180cm long. Dimensions as a bed: 37cm high, 105cm deep and 180cm long. Free to collector - will fit into a big estate car!

Erbauer workshop heater (Staple Hill BS16)

Erbauer 2.5kW workshop heater. NOTE: You'll need to replace the 13A fused plug. Because of the plug I haven't been able to check this is working, but it belonged to our lovely neighbour who, I believe, was using it until quite recently. Can be used on fan setting without heat or fan plus either of two heat settings. Let me know when you'll collect and I'll put it by the door on the day. Prefer it goes this weekend.
