- I am looking for ropes of all kinds as well as pulleys and any unwanted excercise equipment such as punching bags, straps, chains, etc. I am an asylum seeker and I cannot afford gym membership or training fees. I try to stay fit by skating, but it really isnt enough. I used to attend free boxing and Jiujitsu classes when I was in England but since coming to Scotland I have lost weight. If there is any unwanted or old/unused equipment i could get for free it would improve the quality of my life and mental health immeasurably. Please bear in mind, i will need to walk there and back in order to retrieve it. I live in Scotstoun and Dumbarton Rd. Many thanks for any info or assistance.

- This is a painted black chair which original chair pad needs renewal. But it comes with extra cushions which makes it very presentable in any sitting room or office.

- A single duvet filled with white duck feathers, which was throughly cleaned after being stored damp. The severity of the cleaning has left the cotton cover with lots of small holes so not useable as a duvet. Would anyone like to take it away to cut it up and reuse the soft white fluffy duck feather for a filling for another project. Whilst the cotton cover is marked, the item is very clean.
