Cross trainer / Nordic cross gym (Downham Market)
NordicTrack E11.5 cross trainer, fully functional with digital display working perfectly. Shows some signs of wear and tear, (see pics) as expected from a used gym machine. Comes with the original user manual for setup and features. Perfect for home workouts, offering various resistance levels for a good session. Also has gradient adjustment for greater intensity. Resistance motor was replaced and works in reverse i.e 1 =20, 20=1, which is fine once you're aware. Has fan incorporated with two settings on display Does fold up for ease of transport but is a well built heavy machine that will need two people to lift and van or estate car to transport. Decided to let this go for free, as need space. Originally purchase from Costco. Need collection this weekend 25th / 26th April
