I think this was from SofaWorkshop in Bath. It’s old but still functional and still being used and in ok condition. It is large and we’ve been offered a smaller one. Cushion covers are washable (didn’t shrink). I think you could remove main sofa covering (it’s velcro’ed on) to wash as arms are a little grubby. Mattress is clean and has always been used with protector cover. Springs all ok. Mattress size is 135cm wide and 180cm long. As a sofa it’s 80cm tall, 90cm deep (from front to back) and 190cm wide. It is heavy! And will require 2 people to move it. Unfortunately, we can’t help with delivery as it won’t fit in car

Variety of sizes of traffic signs and cones. Was part of a “playing out” street closure equipment. Perfect for street parties etc - or small festival. Signs are HEAVY and will require small van perhaps to take away. All signs and cones to be taken as a job lot - not to be split up! Flexible pick up - let me know when works and I’ll send directions!

Herbaceous perennial border plant: Pink Japanese Anemone (Clevedon BS21)
One lump or two? Thinning out border plant - will be rooted plants in lumps. Plant to soil level (where leaf emerges from soil). Plenty available - have only just dug up small clumps, will continue to do so (dependent on weather conditions). Looks Fresh green leaves appear in spring, forming lush clumps. Thin but sturdy, upright stems rise above them, carrying usually saucer-like, white or pink flowers from late summer into autumn. Plants disappear below ground over winter. Likes Japanese anemones appreciate reliably moist but freely draining soil in light, dappled shade or sun. Dislikes Perennial anemones dislike soil that is cold and wet in winter. They will not flower freely in deep shade or in very dry conditions. Height x Spread: 4ft x 2ft
