Fits lady or teen (boy or girl) 5 foot to 5 foot 5 inches approximately. I think it is a 5/4, but it could be 4/3. Has anti- sploosh zip that fastens on the chest. Excel brand good quality, but a few years old, still has plenty of life left in it.
