Philco Radio Phonograph 1947-50 (229 Southern Heights San Rafae)
This is an antique tv radio phonograph (?). My neighbor is clearing out from the family’s very old possessions. I have no idea except finding a similar looking item online. Not sure if some parts are gutted (no longer functioning). See photos if you or someone near by would be interested in repurposing parts of the old sound equipment. Online search point me this link:

Black and Decker BDLCE101 Vacuum (Burlingame, CA)
Work great. Was originally rescued from our apartment trash room years ago. One of the hoses just had an obstruction. Cleaned it up and has been working well ever since. Emptying it is super simple too--took me 30 seconds to empty out a year's worth of dog hair and dust to get it ready for the new owner. Can't find the crevice tool, but have the small brush. Only letting it go because we upgraded and wife wants this one gone. Can meet in Burlingame or Pacifica. Needs to be gone by Saturday.
